Table 63 - allow DC_core for NACS

The NACS Spec is referencing the DIN SPEC 70121 for digital communication. In DIN SPEC 70121 Ed.3 the definition of the EnergyTransferMode "DC_core" will be modified in such a way that the reference to IEC 62196-2 will be removed to enable a use of this EnergyTransferMode for NACS.
We should do the same in ISO 15118-2 Ed.2.

Proposal: Replace in Table 63, column "Offered charging service" for "DC_core":
"DC charging according to IEC 62196-2 on the core pins."
by
"DC charging using the AC pins of a charging interface."

@Michael.Schwaiger: Is this in line with the intended modification in DIN SPEC 70121 Ed.3?
