Align pause sequences requirements with IEC 61851-23Ed2
The implementation of the pause sequences should be added, using the sequences specified in IEC 61851-23 Ed2.
Here are some sections of the sequence.
For a pause before cable check:
- The EVSE shall send the EV the result of the compatibility check and trigger for a session pause before cable-check in message ChargeParameterDiscoveryRes <3b> using parameters "EVSEStatusCode" = 'EVSE_IsolationMonitoringActive', "EVSEProcessing" = 'Finished', and: -"ResponseCode" = 'OK', "EVSENotification" = 'StopCharging', and "NotificationMaxDelay" = '0' if the compatibility check was completed successfully and the EVSE has no power available.
• The EV shall not send messages CableCheckReq <4a> and PreChargeReq <5a>, but instead the EV shall send message PowerDeliveryReq <8a> with "ChargeProgress" = 'Stop'.
For a pause after cable-check but before energy transfer:
- The EVSE shall send the EV the result of the compatibility check and trigger for a session pause after pre-charge in message ChargeParameterDiscoveryRes <3b> using parameters "EVSEStatusCode" = 'EVSE_IsolationMonitoringActive', "EVSEProcessing" = 'Finished', and: -"ResponseCode" = 'OK', "EVSENotification" = 'StopCharging, and "NotificationMaxDelay" = 'X' (where X is different to 0) if the compatibility check was completed successfully and the EVSE has no power available, or -"ResponseCode" = 'Failed_WrongChargeParameter' if the compatibility check was completed and failed, triggering an EVSE initiated error shutdown.
NOTE 1 A ChargeParameterDiscoveryRes <3b> message with "ResponseCode" = 'Failed_WrongChargeParameter' and parameter "EVSEProcessing" = 'Ongoing', will trigger an EVSE initiated error shutdown. See error handling specifications for the digital communication standards in IEC 61851-24.
NOTE 2 The EVSE must consider its timings for cable-check and pre-charge to define the value for NotificationMaxDelay. A NotificationMaxDelay of 300 s is recommended.
- The EVSE performs cable-check and precharge.
- The EV sends PowerDeliveryReq <6a> with parameter "ChargeProgress" = 'Stop' to initiate the pause.
