Do we really need separators ("*") in EVSEID
In clause H.2.1 EVSEID Syntax, the EVSEID is defined with separators as follows:
<EVSEID> = <Country Code> <S> <EVSE Operator ID> <S> <ID Type> <Power Outlet ID>
<S> = *1 ( “*” ), optional
and the following example is provided: FR*A23*E45B*78C (separators “*” are allowed in Power Outlet ID; in example Power Outlet ID = 45B*78C)
However, the EVRoaming Foundation strongly recommends, not to use the optional separator in EU.
Proposal:
In H.2.1 EVSEID Syntax add a note below the definition of <S>:
NOTE For EU it is strongly recommended, not to use the optional separators (for details, see white paper of EVRoaming Foundation: Whitepaper ID formats as agreed in EU by ID Registration Offices and used in OCPI,
